Michael Duplantis is the managing partner and founder of Employer Resource Group, a position he has held since the company’s founding in 2015. Prior to founding ERG, Mike worked in the insurance industry in a management capacity soliciting group and individual life insurance products for three years. Since then, he has been successful building relationships and working with employers in developing strategic benefit programs. His agnostic vision for benefits is tailored specific to each employer which has helped lead to his and the agency’s success. As such, the “2016 Baton Rouge Business Program” recognized ERG for being the fastest growing insurance company in the capital region. Mike enjoys business, golf, LSU sports and spending time with his wife Dana and their two children.
